Welcome to Muslim Journey. These Terms of Use govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and provide information about the App, outlined below. When you use our App, you agree to these terms.

Using Our App

You must follow any policies made available to you within the App. Don't misuse our App. For example, don't interfere with our App or try to access it using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide.

We may suspend or stop providing our App to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Subscription Model

Muslim Journey offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• 5-day free trial for new users(begins upon app download)
• Monthly subscription option
• Yearly subscription option

Users can choose between monthly or yearly subscription plans after the free trial period. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Privacy and Data Storage

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data and protect your privacy when you use our App. By using our App, you agree to the terms outlined in our privacy policy.

All dhikr/adhkaar/journal data is stored locally on your device. Subscription information, such as device ID and purchase details, is stored by our subscription management service to maintain your subscription status.

Your Content in Our App

Our App allows you to store your personal dhikr, adhkaar, and journal data. This data is stored locally on your device. You retain complete ownership and control of your personal data.

While we may store subscription-related information, your personal dhikr/adhkaar/journaling data remains under your control. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your device to prevent data loss.

About Software in Our App

When the App requires or includes downloadable software, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Some platforms may let you adjust your automatic update settings.

Muslim Journey gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by Muslim Journey as part of the App. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the App as provided by Muslim Journey, in the manner permitted by these terms.

Modifying and Terminating Our App

We are constantly changing and improving our App. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop the App altogether.

You can stop using our App at any time. Muslim Journey may also stop providing the App to you, or may add or create new limits to our App at any time.

Our Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our App using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using it. But there are certain things that we don't promise about our App.

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER MUSLIM JOURNEY NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE APP. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON'T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE APP, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE APP, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE APP "AS IS".

Liability for Our App

WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSLIM JOURNEY, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MUSLIM JOURNEY, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO SUPPLYING YOU THE APP AGAIN.

IN ALL CASES, MUSLIM JOURNEY, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

About These Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to the App to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our App. You should look at the terms regularly. We'll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for the App or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.

If you do not agree to the modified terms for the App, you should discontinue your use of the App.
